Designed a website for an event equipment rental service, focused on presenting projects and making documentation easily accessible. Worked on layout, visual hierarchy, and UI to create a clear and structured presentation of content.
Event organizers were unable to confidently select sound equipment due to complex, fragmented, and overly technical information. The lack of visual context and real-world usage examples led to uncertainty, frequent back-and-forth with managers, and low-quality inquiries.
I redesigned the service presentation as a structured decision-making system: simplifying technical information, adding clear visualizations, and showcasing real-world use cases. This enabled users to quickly understand the offering, make informed decisions without deep technical knowledge, and reduced dependency on managers.
